The bootfloppy, floppy, and cdrom powerpc builds at

all fail because the arch-image target is missing on powerpc.

I have comitted an arch-image target for powerpc. It only builds
initrd's for now, because booting from floppy is not yet supported. As
soon as someone has a solution for ppc floppy booting, this needs to be
changed. I hope this fixes the daily builds too.
