Hi, I just saw the walkthrough on: http://articles.linmagau.org/modules.php?op=modload&name=Sections&file=index&req=viewarticle&artid=455&page=1 of the first d-i beta. As the kernel used seems to be 2.4.22, I think it would make sense on the filesystem selection screen to offer JFS as well as ext[23] and reiserfs. LILO can boot off root (/) on JFS fine AFAIK. I have found JFS to be just as stable as reiserfs.
