The official CD images are build with debian-cd.

Alternatively you can checkout (well, once the cvs works again) the
mrvn branch (cvs checkout -rmrvn debian-installer) and type just "cd
build; make" there.

But the pkg-lists need some minor updates which I will commit once cvs
is up. Once cvs is back I will also continue merging that back into
the main branch.
