Maybe the page you are seeing is not updated. My page says: deb http://archive.debian.org potato main contrib non-free deb http://non-us.debian.org/debian-non-US potato/non-US main non-free so you may download the boot-image (floppy) or create a disc using debian-cd. on archive.debian.org you should also find slink debs.
