Well, yesterday at about 16:30 UTC, I uploaded countrychooser 0.003 to ftp-master in the anonymous upload queue. Just where I do my usual other uploads.
Surprisingly, I haven't seen it appear yet, nor has it been announced in -boot. Does anyone have an idea about a reason for this?
