hi, I tried to install ' Debian GNU/Linux 3.1 "Sarge" - fsn.hu unofficial i386 Binary-1' from CDROM, but with no success. My CDROM is mounted as IDE on the hdc-port. The debian-installer started from the CDROM but asked for additional drivers ide-scsi, ide-mod and ide-probe-mod; the kernel is obviously one of 2.4.22; I could not find any kernel-image of 2.4.22 which contained the last two drivers; drivers from other kernel-images did not work. What to do? peter
