hello i have change some files to add plip in d-i.
- in agreement with denis barbier, i have change all questions owners from 'debian' to 'd-i'
- in ethdetect.sh, i add a 'switch case' for modules which must have a specific configuration
like plip, ne, and i think other isa cards
i have just test it for i386 and you need to boot in 'expert' mode
