Translators can hardly know how these text fragments are used and displayed, a comment for all these text types will certainly be very helpful. In the recently added progress bar titles for prebaseconfig (e.g. in netcfg) ellipsis contains 2 dots whereas there are 3 here. Could someone please make them consistent?
