Official ISO-3166 name is "MACEDONIA, THE FORMER YUGOSLAV REPUBLIC OF"

The country/territory/area drivers other things than language and
keyboard, for instance timezone and mirror....

Anyway, I think I have to bother Alastair Mc Kinstry because several
names used in iso_3166.tab ar not official English names for these
countries/territories/areas of particular geopolitical interest
