Okay. One solution could be to not include pcmcia-cs-udeb in the initrd on the CD images, and let it be retrieved from the CD instead. Otherwise I can remove the reduction if there is no space problem as you say... I don't think there's anything wrong with the perl script, it's just that we need a reliable way to find out which modules to keep.
