Last time I checked, it was not i18n'ed). I'm currently in the process of creating a new discover1 release. I try to fix some of the remaining bugs. Specially the /media issue.
I think the transition process is now only blocked by the quality of progeny's discover-data package. This should have improved with their last upload.
