There is a serious bug in KMail which comes with Debian Sarge which causes the loss of mail (all mail is just deleted for some reason). The version of KMail affected is 1.6.2.
The KMail package with KDE 3.2.2 should be patched up ASAP and the binary rebuilt before any more unfortunate souls who use KDE lose all their mail!
