Almost all packages with updated translations have been uploaded. The
following have many updated translations, cannot be built from i386, and
still need uploads:

Here's the remainder of the timeline; we're on schedule so far.
26 may debconf4 begins
translated udebs (with no code changes) put in testing
initrd builds begin
27 may initrd builds finish, CD builds done
begin major testing[2]
28 may testing continues..
29 may testing continues..
30 may go/no-go day - is it good enough to release?
31 may release day if go, else add fixes to testing and repeat
