The debian-installer is a nice installer due
- few questions to answer (mostly by hitting enter)
- the questions are condensed at the begin
When using d-i you wouldn't notice it.
You are hitting enter again and again eager for the question.
Then there is the base install and you keep waiting
for the next question. However base install needs time,
all the time you are waiting without knowing you could do something else.
Please include another dialog that says something like:
That was the first part of questions.
Next is the base install, which takes its time to do the task.
So next is the chance to leave the debian-installer for a moment
<continue>
Cheers

P.S.
I know that it is a wishlist bugreport,
but I think classification as normal is at place.

Smart users will see the progress bar during base install
and see there is time for other usefull things.
So there is no need for an extra dialog.
Closing this bug report.
