it's ok whith the first line : linux hw-detect/start_pcmcia=false
But on this computer (dell latitude 800) there is an error whith the screen when we want to start X : we must change the XF86Config-4 file whith :
the resolution 1400x1050 in the "section screen",
and "section monitor" it's necessary to make HorizSync 31.5 - 90 and VertRefresh 59.0 - 75.0
Not : the Knoppix installator is ok for this computeur.
