"If you do not choose this option, you will be prompted to configure the network manually" Never ever refer to any specific user action or debconf widget in a debconf template. This is a very common mistake and everyone needs to know this is B.A.D Depending on the interface, the user may be presented with something else than a Yes/No choice in boolean templates. Sure, currently, the installer uses either the dialog/newt or the text interfaces...but this may change in the future.
