Hmm. I almost always install at priority medium and I am getting pretty tired 
having to type DEBCONF_PRIORITY=medium every time.

IMHO backing out to the menu is not very intuitive: you have to know the 
option Change debconf priority is there and what it does.

This discussion seems to pop up quite regularly, so I think there is a real 
want for a shortcut. It definitely has my vote!
