Instead it fallbacks to jfbterm since nothing has been defined in the last field. It also doesn't use the console font Terminus. Just been curious whether these are intentional since those mentioned packages (console-cyrillic and console-terminus) are maintained, AFAIK, by a well-known Bulgarian developer Anton Zinoviev.
You seem to be right. But I don't know how it's supposed to be fixed. So I file a bug. All this should be delayed for after RC1.
