I don't consider this a bug. The acting_filesystem file caused #250453 and #251487 in the previous versions of partman. > Also finish.d/mount_partitions no longer saw the swap entries, so it > neglected to call mount.d on the swap partitions to swapon them. Hah! A while ago I changed my mind - swap should not be turned on by mount.d but by a separate script in finish.d. However I have forgotten to implement this change and I have forgotten that I have forgotten. > I'm quite sure that they were caused by making swap a method. swap has been a method since 3 months. Removing acting_filesystem is the only change in this version. > Also, Christian Perrier has reported a problem where partman hangs on > startup (at init.d/35something), it seems that parted_server has a pid > file but is not running. I hoped (and I still hope) that the present partman is in the most bug-free state it has ever had. :-( Anton Zinoviev -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
