For more consistency of the repository, I have merged the two directories named "l10n-changes" and "l10n-utilities" in scripts/ to a single directory named "scripts/l10n".
A README file in this directory explains the function of each script there. People using the output-l10n-changes script will now find it in scripts/l10n -- -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? Contact [EMAIL PROTECTED]
