You're booting from floppies containing the 2.4.28 kernel and d-i is trying to load the rest of itself from testing, which has only modules for the 2.4.27 kernel. You need to install unstable if you're using these floppies, so pass mirror/suite=unstable when you boot the instaler. (This will, incidentially, let you install with a belgian keymap.) -- see shy jo
