After Fabian Fagerholm usability review, I raise this first bug.

The languagechooser templates should give hints about the way to navigate
through the list of languages.

The best would be having a "Navigation" button in all dialog boxes and
navigation hints behind it.

In the meantime, at least for the languagechooser screen, a very short hint
would help.

I propose

Description: Choose a language
The language may be chosen by scrolling down this list with Up/Down keys
and hitting Enter on the one fitting your language. Only the first entries
are currently shown. Please scroll with the Down arrow for seeing more
 entries.

I know this makes reference to specific debconf widgets....:-)

GIven that there were no real usability issues reported on that topic
since this bug was opened, this is probably an issue which does not
deserve any change. Adding some long introduction to the language list
will prbably make it just less easy to understand.

Hence, I close this bug report.
