Following line appears during boot: /etc/rcS.d/S36discover: line 181: 405 Segmentation fault modprobe $MODULE However, loading modules continues, and after a while systems hangs, the last line on the screen being: usb.c: registered new driver hub Booting "recovery mode" in grub-menu didn't help, I was able to boot by giving 'init=/bin/sh' to kernel. I need information how to save the kernel log to a file when booting fails, so that I can provide complete boot log. -- Jukka Merinen -- [EMAIL PROTECTED] -- http://www.iki.fi/jmerinen/ -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
