I'm openning this bug as a result from QAing Debian Installer, but relevant to any
running system. The problem was that I could run base-config from the console in the
console and see it in the right way.
When using the he_IL encoding I can't see Hebrew chars in the console. Please set the
default to /LatArCyrHeb-16.psf.gz and acm to iso08. I wish to get the same result as:
consolechars -f LatArCyrHeb-16.psf.gz -m iso08
