Patch looks good to me; Should work with Lithuanian, which was broke due to #275087, just fixed in console-data SVN. Committing to kbd-chooser SVN; will leave the decision to include to upload to Joey. Thanks to all involved; I've been busy recently starting a new job, and off the net more than I'd planned.
