I really feel that dropping the severity to wishlist is a mistake. This feature is required for owners of non-standard setups and expert users to be able to edit the X preseeded configurations. I believe it should be rated at least normal/important and I know that some people believe this to be an RC bug. Also, I readded the moreinfo, unreproducible tags in the original bug reports, I cannot reproduce this in any way right now.
