When I select Dutch during a floppy based install, I get country codes
instead of country names. Reason for this is that when building floppies,
all translations except English are filtered out to conserve space.
So, to allow floppy based installations to show country names, it would be
nice if the English names of countries could be included as English
"translation" for the shortlists, instead of only the "translation" for
the selected language itself.
