Hello Discover maintainers,
The purpose of this bugreport is to close bugreports #304002 & #304005.
(trading two BR for one :- )
On a Compac "lspci" shows
0000:01:07.0 Network controller: Compaq Computer Corporation Netelligent
Integrated 10/100 TX UTP (rev 10)
0000:01:07.0 0280: 0e11:ae43 (rev 10)
From Google I learned that it needs 'tlan'

So that matches.
From #304002:
| I got the same problem with release 20050323.
|
| The last release I try and that worked perfectly was 20050318!
So what has been changed? (And why?)
Cheers

more then two years ago I filed this BR.
It was about a network interface card not being detected correctly.
Now closing the BR because:
* discover is in d-i replaced by 2.6 pci ids.
* I don't have the NIC anymore to reproduce the
