Package: tasksel Version: 2.71 Followup-For: Bug #391356 I'm trying to migrate from a pure Mail-Server net-install to full blown -Desktop -Webserver -SQL-Database within a qemu session which I'm intending to use to prepare releases of software I maintein. Unfortunatly tasksel (or it's sub-tasks) keep failing.
I've now tried simply to run tasksel interactively. Merely the Mail-Server was selected. I've added SQL-Server and continued. After most of the installation was done the following error message was displayed: /bin/debconf-apt-progress line 158, <STDIN> line 532. tasksel: Aptitude fehlgeschlagen (255) (i.e. Aptitude failed) Well the file actually seems to be located in /usr/bin... I'm nor proficient in perl so I can't really interpret what could be wront with 'next;' statement there. Is there any further information I can provide? I still have the qemu image from before invoking tasksel, so I can retry this with --deconf-apt-progress options.
