WNPP now requires people to set themselves as owner of a bug when they
file an ITP or when they retitle other WNPP bugs
(http://www.nl.debian.org/devel/wnpp/). This is because [EMAIL PROTECTED]
will go to the debian-wnpp list only by default (since this is the
"package maintainer"); setting yourself as owner ensures that you'll
receive mail sent to a WNPP bug at [EMAIL PROTECTED]

Recently, the BTS started accepting Owner: as a pseudo header when
filing a bug. Please add an appropriate Owner: pseudo header to the
WNPP ITP templates.

This suggestion came up in a conversation with Enrico Zini.
