Hi!

This package's postinst uses 'reload' to restart cupsys. Since
'reload' is optional according to Policy 9.3.2, this should be changed
to 'force-reload'.

This currently works in Debian unstable, but we happened to remove
cupsys' reload call in our custom distribution, which broke
foomatic-filters-ppds.

Thanks and have a nice day!

Martin
