Hi,

As bitlbee doesn't support WATCH, clients use ISON to check whether
people are online or not (notify list). However, as IRC_MAX_ARGS is set
to 8, bitlbee only checks until the 7th nick, so the others, although
online, will seem to be off.

I don't really know what would be the best way to solve this... perhaps
setting IRC_MAX_ARGS to a greater value, but this could have a bad impact
in other parts of bitlbee, not to mention that it would be a really ugly
workaround.

Best regards,
