I found no way of translatin the quota warning mail into German. But I
did find a Polish *.mo file, but no trace of the *.po file. Where is it?
How can I translate the mail?

Indeed, the example file (not /etc/warnquota.conf itself) does show
how to configure this properly. Thus it's not a bug and was rightfully
closed.
I apologize for reopening it.
