Package: libgal21

Severity: minor
The description says:

The explicitly stated goal of the library seems to be to be reused in
other projects. Now let's see what the library is offering me, how it is
useful to me, as a developper:
- from the description I get to know that it's a library. OK, I would have
known that from the name of the package.
- it's used in Gnumeric and Evolution. Nice to know, but that doesn't
give me anything.
- it's meant to be reused. OK, that's what libraries are for.
Please - could you provide some information in the description on what
the library is actually good for? What does it offer?
