Sometimes windows just disappear completely, I cannot give
any help on how to reproduce the problem, it seems random.

But they remain in the Pager and the windowlist
and if I try to move them using
mousebutton 2 in the pager I get a move-line with the coordinates
and the window size, but without a window.

The position seems strange, could they have got a VERY big offset
that wraps around?

Maybe not, because the visible windows also get weird positions.
