When in Dual view, the first page of a book should be (selectably) on a
page on its own. Apple's Preview.app calls this 'Book mode' and makes
sure that the left/right page distribution is correct throughout the
document.
Since this clearly isn't valid for all documents, I think this should be
selectable.
