Clicking on a URL link in knewsticker will download
the URL to a local file (under
/var/tmp/kdecache-<user>/krun/) before invoking
Mozilla to read the local file. If an instance of
Mozilla is already running, a file not found will be
reported by Mozilla.
To fix, look under KDE Control Center-->KDE
Components-->File Associations-->text/html, in the
Application Preference Order click Mozilla
Navigator-->Edit and under the Application tab change
the Command from "mozilla" to "mozilla %u".
Using (KDE 3.2.2):
- knewsticker: 3.2.2-1

iceape.desktop and iceape-navigator.desktop, both from iceape-browser,
which now replaces mozilla-browser, use the %u command line argument,
thus this bug must be gone, now.
