The recent kernel upgrade, which added ACL support, breaks ext3
support, at least in 2.4.27.
I cannot figure out the solution, everything seems fine. Please
revert to the configuration of 1.8 for now, until this can be
definitively pinpointed.
Justification for grave: ext3 is a very common filesystem, which now
cannot be used during the installation anymore.
