If the gnome-utils package is not installed, the "Dictionary" and "Files
and Folders Search" handlers will still be shown as selected in the list
of available searches, but they fail to work without giving any
indication of the reason why.
Once the gnome-utils package is installed, they work as expected.
These two handlers should be unselectable without gnome-utils installed,
giving an error message similar to the behavior of the Beagle Live
handler when the beagle daemon isn't running.
