The long description of psycopg2 does not mention DB-API 2.0
compatibility whereas psycopg's description does. When looking for which
psycopg package to install a user might wonder that the 2.0 version
drifted away from DB-API compatibility even if it is not the case.
Please mention DB-API 2.0 in the long description of psycopg2.
