Hi Daniel,

thanks for maintaining file!

The mime output for application/msword seems broken:

$ file -i abc.doc
abc.doc: \012- application/msword
(This is what appears on the screen, i.e. the four chararcters \012 are really printed.)

I've rated the bug important as it breaks applications using this output or trying to parse it.
