Package: gccchecker
Version: 0.9.9.1.19991229-3
Severity: important
I'm working on a package that requires mmalloc while building, but
build-depending on gccchecker wouldn't be appropriate. I request
that mmalloc be stripped from gccchecker and go into another package.
A usual library/-dev package might be nice. Right now I get the following
warning :
dpkg - warning, overriding problem because --force enabled:
trying to overwrite /usr/share/info/mmalloc.info.gz', which is also in
package gccchecker
How do you think we should handle this?
I set the severity to important, but never mind :)
Thanks,

The gccchecker package has been removed from Debian testing, unstable and
experimental, so I am now closing the bugs that were still opened
against it.
For more information about this package's removal, read

this package was removed, and suggestions of possible replacements.
