Package: gccchecker
Version: 0.9.9.1.20011205-6

After upgrading to Woody and a new glibc, checker does complain
when compiling a FD_ZERO macro.

Apparently the code in select.h has been changed in the mean time,
and the __fd_set and __arr portions in Checker's version of the
header have become undefined.

With the decision of GCC folks to purge the Checker stuff from gcc,
I'm not sure how much time should still run into Checker, but it
sure is a shame that such a nice tool will end up discontinued.

The gccchecker package has been removed from Debian testing, unstable and
experimental, so I am now closing the bugs that were still opened
against it.

For more information about this package's removal, read
http://bugs.debian.org/337558 . That bug might give the reasons why
this package was removed, and suggestions of possible replacements.

Don't hesitate to reply to this mail if you have any question.

Thank you for your contribution to Debian.
