Package: xmms
Version: 1.2.3-1.1
Severity: wishlist

Hello

I sometimes like to order the mp3s of a specific album in the original
order i.e. by the track number from the id3 tag. This seems not yet possible.

Also showing this track number right next to the playlist number would be a
nice feature.

Thirdly a feature that just came to my mind is a little box containing the full
id3 information which pops up when you move the mouse over a track and rest
it there for a specific time or press some button like those "hints" you get
in most office apps when holding the mouse over a button.
This is much more comfortable than clicking on the track and go to "view file
info" from the menu just to check on which album a track is from.

thanks anyways for this great program,

 -christian-

The xmms package has been removed from Debian testing, unstable and
experimental, so I am now closing the bugs that were still opened
against it.

For more information about this package's removal, read
http://bugs.debian.org/461309 . That bug might give the reasons why
this package was removed, and suggestions of possible replacements.

Don't hesitate to reply to this mail if you have any question.

Thank you for your contribution to Debian.
