If you disable OpenGL Spectrum analyzer visualization plugin while
playing MP3 or Ogg Vorbis files or CD audio, whole XMMS program dies.
Interestingly enough that doesn't happen when playing *tracker mods
(I'm using ModPlug input plugin for those if that matters).

The xmms package has been removed from Debian testing, unstable and
experimental, so I am now closing the bugs that were still opened
against it.

this package was removed, and suggestions of possible replacements.
