>From an initial look, it seemed like dpatch-edit-patch would proabably
just copy your entire source tree, including any CVS or .svn
directories.  If so, I thought it might make sense to have some way to
ignore these either explicitly or by default since subversion .svn
directories, at least, can be quite large.

dpatch 2.0.13 is now in unstable, which closes the bugs that were
fixed in experimental for 2.0.12 and 2.0.11.
