Nano always prompt for the name of the file to save, and silently accept
the new name without asking for a confirmation.

If you are not careful, you might well add an additionnal character at
the end of the file name. Then, without any warning or confirmation, you
are working on a file with a different name.

For example, you are working on a file called : "toto.sgml"

Then, by mistake, you save everything to "toto.sgml*" instead of
"toto.sgml".

The next time you start working on this file, you will start to update
the older revision.

You then end up with 2 conflicting version of your file, none of which
are completely up-to-date.

This is highly annoying.

I might not be careful enough, but this has already happened to me
numerous times.

Nano should always ask for a confirmation if you choose to save to a new
name, and accept without warning saving to the current name.
