Package: bugzilla
Version: 2.16.7-7sarge2
Severity: important

Everything worked fine at version: bugzilla (2.16.7-7sarge1).

Now when the status of a bug changes the webpage
/cgi-bin/bugzilla/process_bug.cgi shows all html links as text instead
of links. In otherwords you see the following VERBATIM:

If you wish to tweak the kinds of mail Bugzilla sends you, you
can change your
preferences

instead of centered text with a link to change your preferences.
