'Comment[es]=Un traceroute gr\xe1fico' which is not UTF-8
xtraceroute.desktop claims Encoding=UTF-8 but the above es translation appears
to be in latin1.
Suggested fix:
recode l1..u8 xtraceroute.desktop
(modifies the file in place).
Alternatively, change it to `gráfico' (in utf-8: \xc3\xa1) manually; or perhaps
change the encoding setting to ISO-8859-1 (or latin1 or whatever the necessary
spelling), though utf-8 may be more future-safe.
