Please, as proposed a week ago [0], find attached a review of the HOWTO
and manual pages. I've also added `lang="en"' in order to permit proper
translation in other languages of DocBook XML stuff (I haven't found yet
the similar option for the manual pages, please enlighten me if you know
how to permit the translation of, for example, the `AUTHORS' title). I
also shrunk the `fsh' part, which, as I've commented it in the file, has
been removed form the archive in 2006 [1].
